First charter flight with US citizens fleeing Haiti lands in Miami
A charter flight carrying over 30 United States citizens fleeing gang violence in Haiti arrived in Miami. The flight, chartered by the government, landed at Miami International Airport. US Embassy in Port-au-Prince had urged American citizens to leave due to turmoil. Avlot Quessa, a passenger from Boston, joined the evacuation.
