MANILA, Philippines --- The Philippine consulate in Milan is still assisting Filipinos who have been victimized by fraud and illegal recruitment in Italy. This was disclosed by the Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) on Wednesday. "The consulate continues to assist Filipinos who have filed complaints against Alpha Assistenzia. As of October 3, there are 60 complainants who have requested the Consulate's assistance," Foreign affairs spokesperson Teresita Daza told reporters in a text message.
