MANILA, Philippines --- The Department of Tourism (DOT) has tapped the Philippine Commission on Sports Scuba Diving (PCSSD) to assist in the ongoing search and rescue efforts for the four people who went missing after a dive yacht sank Tubbataha Reef off Palawan.
