Noida Police arrested four individuals from Delhi in connection with a GST fraud case. The total number of arrests now stands at 29. The police discovered 250 fraudulent companies used for tax benefit claims under GST and froze Rs 3 crore across eight bank accounts linked to the accused. The case involves the creation of fake companies based on forged Aadhaar cards, allowing for illegitimate claiming of input tax credit. The accused have been charged under relevant sections of the Indian Penal Code.
