The teenager had previously been involved in four criminal cases, including murder. Police revealed that the accused had committed two snatchings and a robbery this year, and had stabbed a 26-year-old man in Welcome last year. The accused used a knife to commit the murder, and the entire attack was caught on video. The victim's family, including his mother, elder brother, and sister, are devastated by the loss and are seeking the strictest punishment for the accused. They expressed disappointment at the bystanders who witnessed the gruesome act but did nothing to stop it.
