Delhi Air Pollution: AQI won't budge, still 'severe'

The air pollution in New Delhi remains at a 'severe' level for the fifth consecutive day, with an Air Quality Index (AQI) of 421. Stubble burning in Punjab is contributing to the high pollution levels. The situation is not expected to improve until at least November 9. Other nearby areas, such as Bhiwadi, Faridabad, Greater Noida, Ghaziabad, Noida, and Gurgaon, are also experiencing severe pollution. Calm winds and low temperatures are hindering the dispersion of pollutants. The longest streak of severely polluted air days is currently being recorded.
