India is planning to set up a surveillance system using drones across its borders to prevent surprise attacks. Defense officials have met with local drone vendors and an announcement is expected next month. The system, which will use High-Altitude Pseudo Satellites, will be operational in some parts of the border by May. The move comes as tensions with neighboring China and Pakistan persist, and the country aims to strengthen its border security.
