India is contemplating additional military aid for Armenia, its strategic ally in the Caucasus, the Economic Times has reported. According to the report, India is planning to send additional shipment which may include military equipment aimed at enhancing Armenia's deterrence capabilities. This comes amid Armenia's conflict-like situation with Azerbaijan, which is backed by Pakistan and Turkey. The decision comes after the successful delivery of an initial batch of weaponry last year, the ET report said.
