The Bombay high court on Friday set October 5 as the date from which it would hear on a day-to-day basis with no adjournments, the appeals against conviction and the death confirmation reference in the 2006 Mumbai Train blasts case. The HC had on Wednesday questioned the State’s lack of seriousness in proceeding with the appeals.
