Mumbai: Man assaults, locks dog in room; arrested
Kurar police have arrested a labourer identified as Subhashkumar Gaud in a case of animal cruelty wherein a stray dog was kicked and dragged into a BMC pump house room at Malad East and detained for nearly 45 minutes.
