Bizman in Covid scam retracts his statement
Arrested last month in a money laundering case linked to BMC’s Covid field hospitals scam, businessman Sujit Patkar, a friend of Shiv Sena (UBT) MP Sanjay Raut, submitted a plea before the special PMLA court saying his statements have been recorded under duress and there was undue influence on five occasions between July 21 and 26.
