Delhi: DoE bans use of cellphones by students & teachers in schools
Delhi government's Directorate of Education has prohibited the use of mobile phones by teachers and students in classrooms, playgrounds, libraries and school premises. The schools have instead been asked to have helplines that parents and students could use to receive and make calls in an emergency.
