Shiv Sena (UBT) MLA Aaditya Thackeray on Monday wrote to municipal commissioner-administrator Iqbal Chahal demanding that toll collection at the city's entry points on Western Express Highway (WEH) and Eastern Express Highway (EEH) be scrapped immediately as the BMC, and not MSRDC, maintains these roads.
