IIT-B students who can't finish 4-yr BTech can exit in 3 yrs with BSc degree
Under the National Education Policy 2020, IIT-Bombay is offering an early exit option to students unable to complete the 4-year BTech programme. If they complete 60% of the total credit requirement, they can be awarded a BSc (engineering) degree after three years.
