Holding that the sealing by Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) of a Mumbai hospital was "illegal and arbitrary to say the least", the Bombay high court quashed and set aside a July 2021 civic order to permanently seal Shivraj Hospital in Mumbai and cancel its registration following criminal cases registered against it over fake vaccines.
