Sam D'souza petitions Bombay HC to quash CBI proceedings
The CBI had filed the FIR on May 11 this year against Indian Revenue Service officer Sameer Wankhede, former zonal director of NCB in Mumbai, two other officers, informant Sam dsouza and a witness Kiran Gosavi for allegedly demanding Rs 25 cr from the family of actor Shah Rukh Khan for not initiating action against his son Aryan.
