State legislative assembly speaker Rahul Narwekar on Saturday referred the case of breach of privilege motion moved against Rajya Sabha MP and UBT Sena leader Sanjay Raut in the Maharashtra assembly to the Rajya Sabha chairman and vice-president Jagdeep Dhankhar.
