A 27-year-old civil engineer from Alibag, has complained to the Raigad superintendent of police in writing about non-cooperation by a few police stations with regards to her rape FIR. She has also stated that Kharghar police and Panvel City police stations had passed the buck and made her go to the other police station,thereby wasting a lot of time. Her FIR was registered at Mandwa police station in Raigad district but is probed by the deputy SP-Alibag. She however said that she was raped several times at different locations by the accused.
