70-year-old man loses housing society case, fires at elderly rival in Delhi
A 70-year-old man opened fire at another elderly man in north Delhi's Civil Lines. Police said the incident took place outside the finance commissioner's office on Thursday. The accused, who is also a septuagenarian, had lost an arbitration case regarding a housing society in Vikaspuri.
