Criminalising homosexuality one of many injustices: CJI Chandrachud
Chief Justice of India Dhananjay Chandrachud said on Saturday that criminalisation of homosexuality, which was decriminalised after over seven decades, was one of the many stories of injustice in our society. The CJI was speaking at the first convocation ceremony of the Maharashtra National Law University (MNLU) at its Waranga campus in the city.
