The Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board (BCECEB) has started the application process for the Bihar NEET UG Counselling 2023: Stray vacancy round. Candidates who did not receive a seat allotment in previous rounds can register on the official website. The registration deadline is November 8, 2023, and rank cards and merit lists will be published on November 9, 2023. Choice filling will be available from November 10 to November 11, 2023. Different registration fees apply based on the category.
