Jharkhand government suspends classes up to Class 8 due to sweltering heat

In response to the prevailing heat wave-like conditions in Jharkhand, all government and private schools in the state have suspended classes up to grade 8 starting from Tuesday until further notice, according to an official notification by the secretary of the school education and literacy department, Uma Shankar Singh. This decision, which applies to all categories of schools, aims to safeguard students from the adverse effects of extreme weather conditions.
