Nagaland implements 'Teach Tool' as part of NEP-The Lighthouse (NECTAR) Project to improve classroom education

Nagaland has become the second state in India, after Andhra Pradesh, to use the "Teach Tool" developed by the World Bank. This tool will assess teaching methods and the quality of education in classrooms. The initiative is part of the New Education Policy and will help in designing effective learning opportunities for teachers. Around 400-500 observers will be trained to use the tool and will mentor other teachers in the future. This intervention aims to improve the quality of education in government schools in Nagaland.
