India Shelter Finance fixes price band of Rs 469-493 for its Rs 1,200-crore IPO
The public offer comprises a fresh equity issue of Rs 800 crore and an offer for sale (OFS) of Rs 400 crore. Investors can bid for a minimum of 30 shares in one lot and multiples thereafter. The Gurugram-headquartered company had filed draft papers with the market regulator in August this year and received approval for the same in November.
