Vehicles don’t need fitness cert from cos for speed governors
A speed governor is a device that can limit speed to a preset limit, thus improving a vehicle’s efficiency and road safety.Currently, all types of commercial vehicles are required to submit a speed governor certificate issued by the manufacturer or the dealer to get a fitness check or for the renewal process. The certificate was made mandatory for vehicles registered before October 2015.
