The foreign ministers of the three Baltic states and of Ukraine said they will boycott a meeting of the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe in North Macedonia due to the participation of Russia's foreign minister. The top diplomats of Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania issued a joint statement expressing their objection to Russian foreign minister Sergey Lavrov's presence. Ukraine also announced its boycott of the meeting, accusing Russia of undermining the OSCE.
