Ravindra Jadeja may play the second Test against South Africa on January 3. He reported an upper back spasm before the first Test and couldn't play. However, he was seen participating in warm-up and fitness drills during the first Test. He also bowled during the lunch break, showing good form. India missed Jadeja's all-round skills in the first Test and his presence could have made a difference. There is a good chance he will play the second Test.
