MANILA, Philippines --- The Land Transportation Office-National Capital Region (LTO-NCR) has issued a show-cause order against both the driver and the owner of a sports utility vehicle (SUV) involved in a road crash incident in Mandaluyong City. According to the LTO-NCR in a statement on Tuesday, the driver's licenses of both individuals have also been suspended for 90 days.
