MANILA, Philippines --- The Philippine government is bracing for the possible effects approaching super typhoon Mawar, particularly in the Ilocos and Cagayan Valley regions. Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) Secretary Rex Gatchalian on Tuesday said the agency has already prepositioned goods across the country and is ready to provide aid if needed.
