MANILA, Philippines --- Manila International Airport Authority (MIAA) General Manager Cesar Chiong was placed on preventive suspension due to an anonymous grave abuse of authority complaint. Chiong said he received the suspension order from the Ombudsman dated April 28 on Tuesday.
