MABALACAT CITY --- The Police Regional Office 3 has received 35 units of 150 cc all-terrain motorcycles from the Philippine National Police (PNP) for the local campaign against motorcycle-riding criminals. At a ceremony in Camp Julian Olivas in the City of San Fernando, Pampanga province on Tuesday (Jan. 25), the PNP directorate for logistics turned over the 35 "dirt bikes" to Central Luzon police director Brig. Gen. Cesar Pasiwen. The turnover of the motorcycles is in line with the national police's capability enhancement program.
