Delhi airport operator DIAL has implemented measures to tackle challenges associated with the fog season. These include augmenting seating capacity at terminals and establishing temporary help desks for passengers. DIAL will collaborate with CISF to facilitate the smooth exit of passengers from the terminal building in case of flight cancellations. The seating capacity at terminals has been expanded to accommodate an additional 740 chairs. Provisions for meals for passengers have been established, including meal boxes and food coupons at food outlets. DIAL is equipped to guarantee a safe and comfortable travel experience for passengers during the fog season.
