The Bombay High Court has granted interim protection from arrest to a wrestling teacher who was accused of inappropriately touching minor students during the Covid-19 lockdown. The teacher had filed an application against the FIR lodged by a Pune police station, claiming that the sessions court failed to differentiate between good and bad touch. The court has issued a notice to the complainant and directed the teacher to file an undertaking to cooperate with the investigation. The case will be heard again on November 29.
