Japanese Prime Minister Fumio Kishida is visiting India for a 27-hour-long visit. He is expected to unveil his plan for a "free and open Indo-Pacific" with a focus on India's increasingly significant role in the region. Kishida will meet with Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Monday to discuss bilateral economic and security cooperation, regional Indo-Pacific security agenda within the Quad framework.
