Chinese smart device manufacturer Oppo has extended its on-site and pick-up and drop repair services to cover 25,000 pin codes, encompassing 2,200 cities throughout India. This expansion is part of Oppo's Customer Service 3.0 initiative, which has significantly broadened the reach of its repair services. Just a year ago, the company's repair services were accessible in 13,000 pin codes, highlighting a substantial enhancement in its customer support network.
