Indian construction company, NCC Ltd, reported a 21.2% decrease in Q4 net profit due to a one-time sale from unit NCC Vizag Urban Infrastructure Ltd. The company's net profit after tax fell to INR 1.91bn ($23.12m), however, revenue from operations increased by 42.3% to INR 49.49bn. The company's total expenses rose by 38.4%, year-on-year to INR 46.80bn, mainly due to an 80% increase in sub-contractor bills. NCC's consolidated order book stood at INR 502.44bn as of 31 March, a 20% sequential increase from the previous quarter.
