“Willing To Serve As US Pawn ” China Vows Reunification As Taiwan Stages Drills With Patriots
Taiwan conducted air defence tests on March 26 using surface-to-air missiles and its air, land and naval forces, AFP reported. The drills were aimed at ramping up training as Chinese forces continued “intrusions” into the self-ruled island. Taiwan’s Air Force Command said it conducted the training using anti-aircraft artillery systems and US-made Patriot missiles. The drills were also a bid to test Taiwan’s "overall air defence combat plan exercises," according to Taiwan’s Air Force Command.
