Combat Debut For Putin's Zircon? Ukraine Says Hypersonic Missile "Falls Short" Of Russia's Claims

A Ukrainian analysis concluded that Russia hit Kyiv with its new hypersonic 3M22 Tsirkon (Zircon) missile on February 7. The preliminary analysis was conducted by the Kyiv Scientific Research Institute for Forensic Examinations (KNDISE). The director of KNDISE, Oleksandr Ruvin, posted his finding and a video of alleged missile wreckage showing specific markings on his Telegram channel on February 12.
