US President Joe Biden reacted angrily to being characterized to as a "well-meaning, elderly man with a poor memory" by a justice department special counsel, who found after an inquiry that he had mishandled sensitive papers during his vice presidency. The 388-page report by Special Counsel Robert Hur released Thursday.
