Russia Blames Ukraine For Fire At Oil Refinery | Kyiv Can Retake Donetsk But Not Crimea, Says Poland

A Ukrainian drone attack sparked a fire at an oil refinery in Russia's Volgograd region overnight on February 3, the regional governor reported. Volgograd Governor Andrei Bocharov said petroleum products were burning in an area of about 300 square metres. The regional governor added that Russian air defence had repelled a drone attack in the region.Two drones hit the site in Volgograd, and the attack was orchestrated by Ukraine’s SBU security service, Reuters reported, citing a source.Meanwhile, Poland’s President said he is unsure if Ukraine will be able to regain control over Russian-occupied Crimea. Andrzej Duda, however, added that he believes Kyiv could retake Donetsk and Luhansk.
