5.9 magnitude earthquake shakes Indonesia's Aceh province. No casualties reported

A strong undersea earthquake shook Indonesia's Aceh province, but caused no serious damage or casualties. The magnitude 5.9 earthquake occurred east of Sinabang at a depth of 10 kilometers. Indonesia's Meteorology, Climatology and Geophysical Agency warned of possible aftershocks but stated there was no tsunami threat.
