Nepal court to pronounce sentence on December 14 against 2 convicted for plotting failed terror attack in India

A special court in Nepal will sentence Samsul Hoda and Brij Kishor Giri, convicted for plotting a failed terror attack on an Indian train, on December 14. They were charged with murder and money laundering. The court revealed that Hoda, the mastermind, had links with Pakistani nationals and received money from ISI to carry out his plans. The bomb planted in the train did not explode. Hoda murdered two Indian nationals after his plan failed. The court will decide the jail sentence and fine, equivalent to their transferred money, on December 14.
