Red weather warnings were issued in several counties in Romania with winds reaching up to 100 kph. Over 400 localities experienced electrical outages. In Bulgaria, winter storms led to a state of emergency declaration, with over 1,000 settlements losing electricity. Traffic accidents, injuries, and travel delays were also reported.
