Tens of thousands of pro-Palestinian protesters marched in London calling for a permanent ceasefire in Gaza. The rally coincided with a four-day truce between Israel and Hamas. Protesters demanded full support for the ceasefire and a political settlement in Gaza. A man was arrested for inciting racial hatred at the start of the protest. There is another protest against antisemitism is scheduled in London. Earlier, the former interior minister was fired for criticizing police.
