Happy but wary, Palestinians try to head home to Northern Gaza

Many joyful but wary Palestinians emerged from makeshift shelters at the start of the four-day Gaza ceasefire Friday to begin the long journey back to their homes. In Khan Younis, streets were packed with people on the move, heading towards the north despite warnings from Israel. Men, women, and children carried their belongings. Some Palestinians are still hesitant and afraid to return home, fearing another attack. The UN reports that two-thirds of Gaza's population is homeless, with many buildings in rubble.
