Russia nuclear agency Rosatom sets up world’s highest nuclear facility in Bolivia

Russian atomic energy corporation Rosatom has set a new record by installing a research reactor pressure vessel in Bolivia, making it the world's highest nuclear facility. The project, built on behalf of the Bolivian Agency for Nuclear Energy, will allow Bolivia to conduct scientific research and develop various economic sectors. The reactor will also produce radioisotopes and serve as a training tool. The project also includes a cyclotron complex and a laboratory, with completion expected in 2025.
