Britain's King Charles to pay state visit to Kenya
King Charles and his wife Camilla will be traveling to Kenya for a state visit at the end of this month. This will be their third foreign trip since Charles became king. The visit comes at the invitation of President William Ruto and ahead of Kenya's 60th anniversary of independence from Britain. The trip will also acknowledge the painful aspects of the UK and Kenya's shared history, including the Mau Mau revolt.
