A 32-year-old student was arrested after a shooting rampage in Rotterdam, Netherlands, that left three people dead. The shooting began in a private home, where a woman was killed and her daughter was seriously injured, later succumbing to her injuries. The suspect then went to a classroom at a nearby university hospital, where he shot and killed a doctor. The suspect, who studied at the university, was apprehended under the hospital's helipad.
