Russia jails man for 12 1/2 years for sending missile parts to US
A Russian man has been convicted of treason in Russia for smuggling missile components to the United States under the instruction of U.S. intelligence services. Sergei Kabanov, who smuggled the parts via Latvia to a U.S. firm in Alabama, has been sentenced to 12 1/2 years in jail.
