Rudy Giuliani pleads not guilty to charges in Georgia election case

Rudy Giuliani, former New York mayor and Trump attorney, has pleaded not guilty to charges in Georgia accusing him of attempting to overturn the 2020 election results. He waived his right to appear at an arraignment hearing and joins former President Donald Trump and others in avoiding a courtroom appearance. Giuliani is among 19 people charged in a 41-count indictment that alleges a conspiracy to undermine the will of Georgia voters.
